Eligibility: All players who are currently signed by a MLB franchise but have never played a game in the major leagues are eligible to be taken, so long as they are not currently owned by anyone in this league.
I've gone through everyone's teams and found people that might get drafted in this draft but aren't eligible because they are owned so that you don't have to:
